Thank you for your order! We are a small team handcrafting each piece to order, so please review the following information about how and when your order will be shipped.

1. Processing Time: Made with Care
All our items are made specifically for you. Please allow up to 5 business days (Monday-Friday, excluding holidays) for us to carefully craft your order before it is dispatched from our studio.

2. Shipping & Delivery Time
Once your order is processed and shipped, the delivery time will vary depending on your location.

  • We ship via reliable postal and courier services.

  • Typically, orders arrive within 10 business days from the date the order was placed.

  • Please note: This is an estimate and not a guarantee. Delivery times can be affected by factors beyond our control, such as postal delays, customs, and holidays.

3. Order Tracking
You will receive a confirmation email with your order number once your purchase is complete. Once your order has been processed and shipped, you will receive a second email containing a tracking number. You can use this number to follow your package's journey to you.

  • Business days are Monday through Friday, excluding public holidays.

  • Please ensure your shipping address is correct at the time of order. We are not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect address provided by the customer.
