At eventually friends, we take great care in crafting unique, made-to-order clothing pieces just for you. We hope you love your purchase, but we understand that sometimes things don't go as planned.
Please read our policy carefully before placing your order.
1. Our Philosophy: Made-to-Order
All our items are made specifically for you once an order is placed. This means we do not hold inventory and each garment is cut and sewn to your specifications. Because of this personalized process, we generally do not accept returns, exchanges, or refunds for change of mind, wrong size selection, or incorrect shipping address provided by the customer.
2. When Returns & Refunds Are Accepted
We stand behind the quality of our craftsmanship. The only exception to our no-return policy is if the item you receive is faulty or damaged.
A fault is defined as:

A major manufacturing defect (e.g., broken seams, undisclosed fabric flaws).

The item received is significantly different from the product description and images on our website.
Please note: Minor variations in colour due to screen calibrations, or slight imperfections inherent to unique fabrics are not considered faults.
3. What Isn't Covered

Change of mind or simply not liking the fit.

Selecting the incorrect size at checkout.

Items that have been worn, washed, or altered.

Failed delivery attempts due to an incorrect shipping address provided by the customer or a failure to collect the package from a designated pickup point. We are not responsible for packages once they are marked as delivered by the courier.
4. Process for Reporting a Faulty Item
If you believe your item is faulty, you must notify us within 7 days of receiving your order.
To initiate a claim, please email us at eventually.friends@gmail.com with the following information:

Detailed photos and/or a video clearly showing the fault or damage.

A brief description of the issue.
Our team will review your claim and may request additional information. We will respond as quickly as possible to guide you through the next steps, which may include a request to return the item for assessment. If the fault is confirmed, we will offer either a repair, replacement, or refund at our discretion.
5. Delivery & Failed Attempts
Please ensure your shipping address is correct at the time of order. We are not liable for packages lost or returned to us due to an incorrect address or failed delivery attempts. If a package is returned to us undelivered, we will contact you. You will be responsible for the cost of re-shipping the package.
